Niels and his team have a fantastic way of bringing out the playful side in people. In no time, dozens of participants were juggling—or at least giving it a try. In my opinion, it's a perfect activity to connect people and give them a well-deserved break from a busy schedule.

HSBC invited Niels Duinker to take 110 leaders of our business through an interactive 45-minute session during our annual leadership conference in London. Niels got us all up from our seats to actively participate in a fun juggling exercise that taught us the principles of juggling.
