HSBC invited Niels Duinker to take 110 leaders of our business through an interactive 45-minute session during our annual leadership conference in London.
Taking the after-lunch slot on our second conference day, Niels got us all up from our seats to actively participate in a fun juggling exercise that taught us the principles of juggling.
His performance re-energized the room, from which the subsequent sessions have benefited. Niels cleverly connected the juggling exercises with relevant leadership elements such as building trust and facing the challenge of keeping ever more balls up in the air.
The juggling balls that we had produced via Niels in company colors with our logo and business priorities printed on them, proved a much wanted present to take home.
